Geordie Shore star Chloe Ferry puts luxury home up for sale for £1.3m

Geordie Shore fan favourite Chloe Ferry has put her luxury home on the market, showcasing its cinema, games room and bar as well as a host of other amenities.

The £1.3million Newcastle home, which she bought in 2021 for £1.1million, not only has luxurious en-suite bathrooms, but also five bathrooms, a dressing room and a double garage. The reality star also has a huge kitchen with a kitchen island and quartz worktops, as well as a fully functional gym with a StairMaster, punching bag and weights.

Despite declaring online that she was the “luckiest girl in the world” when she moved into the home, she put it up for rent in 2022 for a whopping £7,000 a month, and it is now up for sale in its entirety. It is unclear why she is selling the property through Pattinson Estate Agency just three years after buying it.

The 28-year-old rose to fame in 2015 when she joined the tenth series of MTV’s hit show Geordie Shore. She also appeared on the 19th series of Celebrity Big Brother in 2017. She now has nearly four million followers on Instagram and owns several beauty brands including Chloe Ferry Cosmetics, The Hair Repair Club and the Beauty Lounge in Newcastle.

The beautiful brunette posts numerous photos of the interior of her home on her Instagram page, many of which show the grand staircase in the middle of its central hall.

She previously posted about her kitchen: “My home with my Robba Home dining chairs and bar stools. I absolutely love them, they are beautiful, amazing quality and stain resistant. So comfortable when all my family come over.”

In October 2023, she also posted a video of her bedroom saying: “finally in my dream bedroom, what do you think?”

Her fans were quick to respond, saying: “Absolutely beautiful, you did a great job”, “stunning, I love the neutral colours, it looks so fresh” and “I would love a room like this”.

Although the house includes her dream bedroom and a perfect kitchen along with many other amenities a homeowner would dream of, Chloe is ready to sell it and move on.

Meanwhile, Geordie Shore fans are eagerly awaiting the return of the show, as show legend Scotty T is reportedly returning for the season six years after being fired from the show. The upcoming season of Geordie Shore will be set far from the north of England and will see the Geordies getting into mischief in Thailand.
