Fort Worth Aerospace Supply Chain Company Announces New Global Facilities in California and India » Dallas Innovates

Fort Worth-based supply chain management solutions provider Incora is expanding the global reach of its operations with strategic investments in two new facilities, one in California and one in India.

Incora is the trading name of the group of companies formed by Wesco Aircraft and Pattonair, a leading provider of comprehensive supply chain management services to the global aerospace and other industries.

Incora said that with these new facilities, it is investing in the company’s growth and its continued leadership as a global provider of integrated supply chain management services. It said the investment in each region’s economy is expected to create jobs, expand the company’s customer base and strategically locate its supply chain management operations.

The Sacramento, California, chemical warehouse was purpose-built to provide a centralized operations center to support Incora’s operations and customers on the U.S. West Coast, the company said.

Incora said the facility’s strategic location will reduce transportation costs and delivery times for customers. It includes temperature-controlled storage for hazardous materials, shelf-life management, custom labeling, and regional and international shipping capabilities. The warehouse has a full complement of quality specialists, who ensure customers receive the right, high-quality products at the right time.

“With nearly 200,000 square feet of warehouse capacity, specifically designed to store a variety of flammable, corrosive, temperature-controlled and other regulated hazardous materials, we have significantly expanded our network capacity and further consolidated our capabilities on the West Coast,” said Daniel Gubichuk, President of Global Chemicals, at the facility’s opening.

India’s booming aerospace market

Incora said its new India warehouse is located at the KIADB aerospace park next to the Bangalore airport, with 17,000 square feet of storage space for equipment and chemicals.

The company said the facility will offer product storage for Incora’s local contract customers and a range of standard parts for on-demand orders. Services such as kitting, repackaging, relabeling and third-party logistics for overseas companies wishing to have inventory in India will be available.

Incora said the development of this facility is also part of its contribution to the Make in India initiative, which encourages companies to develop, manufacture and assemble products made in India and encourages dedicated investments in manufacturing.

“The Indian aerospace industry is one of the fastest growing aerospace markets in the world and the global aerospace community is investing heavily in India. Incora recognizes the importance of this market and is investing in both assets and people here, which should contribute significantly to Incora’s five-year growth strategy,” said Kevin Matthies, President of Global Hardware, about the India facility.

Incora said these investments in its global infrastructure are a key strategy to deliver an exceptional experience to its customers in terms of product availability, responsiveness to orders and rapid delivery to sites.

Incora uses its supply chain expertise to serve the industrial manufacturing, marine, pharmaceutical and other industries. Incora has 68 locations in 17 countries and more than 3,800 employees worldwide.
