VIEDA plans public hearing and board meeting

The Virgin Islands Economic Development Authority (VIEDA) has announced a public hearing scheduled for Thursday, November 14, 2024, beginning at 10:00 AM. This session, hosted by the Virgin Islands Economic Development Commission (VIEDC), will take place virtually via Zoom , allowing stakeholders to participate remotely.

The public hearing agenda includes new applications from First Antilles Capital, LLC, based in St. Croix, and SK Venture Group, LLC, based in St. Thomas. Interested participants must pre-register via the following Zoom link: Zoom meeting registration.

Following the public hearing, VIEDA will hold a board decision meeting to discuss compliance issues for the VIEDC and the Enterprise Zone Commission. This meeting will also take place via Zoom. The VIEDA Board of Directors may attend a board meeting during any part of the proceedings, as permitted under local law.
