Lily Allen Gets Pumpkin Spice Mullet for Fall

Forget the weather, perhaps the biggest telltale sign that fall is coming is the influx of pumpkin spice latte marketing we all have to endure on a daily basis. But while the seasonal drink is always present in our cups this time of year, Lily Allen channeled the hue into a new hairstyle.

Debuting a David Bowie-inspired mullet for a Hermès event, Allen’s new look was the epitome of cool. With face-framing bangs, choppy ends, and the signature silhouette of what used to be a divisive cut, Allen’s hair has been styled with plenty of volume on top of the head and a high-shine finish.

Hairstylist Peter Lux, who styled her hair for the event, said “Ziggy was the inspiration!” The perfect partner for a bold new cut? The spicy red shade, which was rich, warm, and super flattering against Allen’s flawless skin. Hang a Birkin on your arm and you’re good to go.
