Essentra confirms the repurchase and cancellation of its shares

Essentra (EN:ESNT) released an update.

Essentra plc recently announced the repurchase of 11,500 of its ordinary shares at a uniform price of £163 per share, as part of its ongoing share buyback programme launched in March. The company intends to cancel these acquired shares, bringing the total number of ordinary shares outstanding to 287,901,244, excluding treasury shares. This cancellation will subsequently adjust the total number of voting rights, which will impact shareholder notification thresholds under financial regulations.
