Beyoncé leads Grammy nominations, followed by Billie Eilish, Kendrick Lamar, Post Malone and Charli XCX

Beyoncé is the most nominated musician at the 2025 Grammy Awards as the superstar racked up 11 more chances to win more gold. She came out on top – as she has done several times before – when the full list of nominees for all 94 categories was revealed on Friday (November 8). The singer is the only artist to land double-digit nods, which remains a relatively unusual sight.

The multi-genre star is in the running for three of the four biggest prizes, including Album of the Year Cowboy Carter – and both Record and Song of the Year, for “Texas Hold ‘Em.” She’s still hoping to finally win both Album and Record of the Year, two awards she’s been nominated for several times in the past but for some reason never received.

Beyoncé is the most nominated and most awarded musician of all time at the Grammys, and she’ll likely add to her list of wins in just a few months. She appears for the first time in multiple categories, which is no small feat for a woman who has been nominated for a total of 99 awards. This year, she’s up for nearly every honor in country, and she’s also in the running for one of the newly retooled pop verticals.

Four artists are tied for the second-most nominations this year. Billie Eilish, Charli XCX, Kendrick Lamar and Post Malone all earned seven nods.

All four of these musicians are nominated for Record of the Year, and all except Charli are also included in the Song of the Year round. Eilish and Charli are also in the running for Album of the Year. Three of them have been nominated in the pop world, and two have been nominated for a dance Grammy. Lamar is vying for more rap trophies, while Malone is looking to finally collect his first gold gramophone with some country nods.

Three more artists – Chappell Roan, Sabrina Carpenter and Taylor Swift – are all tied for a half-dozen Grammy nominations each. All three compete for Album, Record and Song of the Year. Interestingly enough, both Swift and Roan stuck to their biggest recent hits, while Carpenter spread her nods, as she has several hits for Record and Song of the Year.

Final voting for the 2025 Grammys will take place between mid-December and early January next year. The sixty-seventh annual Grammy Awards will air live on CBS on February 2, 2025.
