In a new documentary entitled Chris Brown: A history of violencemultiple women are coming forward and describing their alleged experiences with the R&B singer, including a Jane Doe who claims he raped her in 2020, which his lawyers denied in the documentary.

“Even when I came out as Jane Doe, some people still found out who I was,” said an anonymous woman, adding that she received death threats after the incident. “By coming forward with this, I hope I can shed light on what really happened.”

Doe says in the document that she had just moved to Los Angeles to pursue a dancing career when she took a trip to Miami with a friend in December 2020. While there, she claims she received a call on December 30 from someone she knew who invited her there Sean “Diddy” Combs‘ hunt.

When she arrived, Doe realized Brown, 35, was there and thought it was a “sign” that he “might be able to help me or guide me or give me some advice,” she claims.

‘We talked and he gave me a drink. I’m not even sure… this is when my memory starts to get a little funny,” she claims. “I don’t remember if I saw him pour it, but I just drank it and he just gave me another drink. . As I stood there, I started to feel tired and my body felt a little heavy.”

In the documentary, Brown’s attorneys say Doe’s claims were completely fabricated. A representative for Brown did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

An attorney for Combs — who is currently in jail accused of racketeering, sex trafficking and transportation for the purpose of prostitution — declined to comment.

Doe claims Brown then took her to a bedroom. “I remember laying back and thinking, ‘Why can’t I get up?’ The next thing I knew he was on top of me and I couldn’t move and I said ‘No’ and then I felt him… The next thing I knew he was inside me,” Doe claims, in tears, and claims he ejaculated inside. her. “I was so disgusted.”

She then claims he took her phone and texted himself: “I think most girls would be happy… I didn’t want that.” This is not what I wanted,” she says.

After the alleged incident, Doe continued to talk to the “Run It” singer to get “more clarity,” she says. It wasn’t until she went to therapy that she claims she agreed to call the incident a sexual assault.

“I’m sure. Instead of telling myself it wasn’t. It was. It was rape,” she claims.

Doe says in the document that a legal team contacted her to build a case, but a judge ultimately dismissed the case “without prejudice” in 2022, citing “lack of prosecution,” according to court documents obtained by PEOPLE. Her lawyers dropped her when police discovered text messages between her and Brown after the incident occurred. Rolling stone previously reported.

However, PEOPLE confirms that one of Doe’s attorneys, Ariel Mitchell-Kidd, is once again representing her. In a statement, Mitchell-Kidd said: “I love my client and I believe what happened to her is 100% true. I feel I have failed her as a lawyer because I put her in such a position.” could not put me at ease enough for a short period of time in which she felt 100% comfortable being with me.

Elsewhere in the documentary, another woman named Liziane Gutierrez speaks about an alleged experience with Brown in 2016 (see exclusive clip below). Gutierrez claims she was invited back to his Las Vegas hotel room after one of his shows and he allegedly punched her in the face.

“When I saw Chris Brown, he was acting strange. Extremely weird. And then I decided to grab my phone and take a picture of him,” she claims in the documentary. “When I got my phone, he saw me with my phone. Chris Brown punched me in the face. His security took my phone and I was escorted out of the party…I’m not saying what I did with my phone was right. I know that. But that doesn’t give you the right to punch me in the face.”

A representative for Brown did not respond to PEOPLE’s request for comment on Gutierrez’s claims.

Gutierrez sued Brown in February 2016. In September 2017 TMZ reported that the two settled the matter privately.
