A Jefferson County man sentenced to prison for his role in a massive drug trafficking conspiracy will remain in prison while two other federal cases against him are heard.

Nicholas “Nick” Rogers, 31, of Pine Bluff, was charged on November 11, 2022, in two counts involving two rap music-inspired street gangs from Pine Bluff: Every Body Killas (aka “EBK”) and Loady Murder Mobb – who authorities say is responsible for violence and drug trafficking in and around Central Arkansas. Rogers was also charged with being a felon in possession of a firearm nearly five months earlier in connection with an October 2020 arrest in Pulaski County.

On Friday, Rogers, who has spent just over 25 months in federal custody, was escorted to federal court to face U.S. sentencing.
