Pedestrian injured in collision on Interstate 10

TUCSON, Ariz. (13 News) – A pedestrian was injured in a collision on westbound Interstate 10 in the Marana area late Friday, Nov. 8.

Arizona DPS confirmed it happened at milepost 242, the Avra Valley Road exit.

DPS said the pedestrian was transported to the hospital with unknown injuries.

According to DPS, one of the lanes in the area was closed as of 10 p.m.
