Brothel house run by Bangladeshis raided today in Lakdikapul-Telangana

Acting on a tip-off, the team raided Hotel Akshaya in Lakdikapul and arrested Saleem Mondal and his wife Maria Inchem, who were organizing the prostitution.

Hyderabad: The Anti-Human Trafficking Unit (AHTU) team of Hyderabad Police an international arrested human trafficking racket Saturday operated by Bangladeshi countries.

Police arrested two organizers and a customer, while three women were rescued.

Acting on a tip-off, the team raided Hotel Akshaya in Lakdikapul and arrested Saleem Mondal and his wife Maria Inchem, who were organizing the prostitution.

D Kavitha, DCP (Women Safety Wing) said that Saleem was in touch with one Suman Kumar alias Ravi Kumar, who trafficked women from Bangladesh to India.

However, police were able to rescue three women from Assam, West Bengal and Manikonda during the raid on the hotel. All victims are transferred to a rescue home for rehabilitation.
