Israeli think tank criticizes Netanyahu for attacking Yemen, says ‘the Houthis won’t stop’; IDF in trouble?

An Israeli think tank has warned that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s direct attack on the Houthis could backfire. Israel’s National Security Research Institute said that “the arms trade will continue and even increase, and the attack will not deter or stop Houthi attacks, but could actually increase them.” On July 20, Israeli warplanes bombed the Houthi-controlled Yemeni port city of Hodeidah. While Israel claimed that Houthi military infrastructure was targeted, the Houthis said that oil facilities were hit.
