“I am 16 years old and have a 12 month old brother.

The creepy guy next door is in a higher grade than my brother. Neither of us talk to him.

He is a pervert.

The fence that separates our house has several small holes in it. He uses them to spy on me.

I caught him spying on me in my room several times.

She tried to put an end to this situation.

I told my parents and they told the neighbors.

The creepy guy doesn’t admit to spying on us and nothing ever happens.

I was in the garden with my brother yesterday and noticed him spying on me through one of the holes in the fence.

I whispered to my brother to turn on the water supply to the hose when I reached the mouth of the hose which was next to the fence that separated us.

He did and I pointed him over the fence, where the scary guy was supposed to be. I heard him scream.

His mother came knocking on our door. Our parents hadn’t come home yet.

I told him that his son was bullying me again and that since his parents didn’t want to punish him, we would do it.

She told us that it was very mean of us, but added that her child would no longer be allowed in the garden.

We thanked her for finally putting an end to this situation.

His mother came later and told our parents what had happened.

Our parents yelled at us for spraying our scary neighbor.
