Jennifer Lopez Puts on a Brave Face During $22 Million Beverly Hills Bachelorette Tour as She Grapples With Shared ‘Humiliation’ and Silent Treatment from Ben Affleck

Jennifer Lopez looked tense as she searched for another home in Beverly Hills this week amid the breakdown of her marriage to Ben Affleck.

The Bronx native, 55, wore a chic button-down shirt and subtly striped wide-leg pants to tour a $22 million home after being forced to downsize from the $60 million marital mansion she bought with the 51-year-old actor.

She rolled up her sleeves and tucked the shirt into her low-rise pants, which she wore with a chunky heel.

Her honey blonde hair was pulled into a low ponytail with loose strands framing her face.

It comes two weeks after Affleck splashed out $20 million on a bachelor pad in Pacific Palisades while celebrating her birthday with family and friends in the Hamptons.

Lopez was reportedly left “furious and humiliated” by her split from Affleck, with a divorce filing looming.

The singer has been making headlines alongside her partner, with the pair being embroiled in divorce rumours after DailyMail.com exclusively revealed that the paperwork had been “finalised but not yet served”.

Sources later told Page Six that Ben delayed filing for divorce in an effort to “protect” Jennifer, after it was reported the couple were no longer on speaking terms.

A source close to him said: “He humiliated her because she made a big deal about him being the love of her life. They had two weddings two years ago. That’s some kind of record, they’re not young children.”

Jennifer is also believed to be even more upset about the marriage breakdown because their respective children are involved.

“There are five children involved in this,” the source said. “She knew they were going to have blended families. She hasn’t fully accepted that it’s over yet.”

Jennifer shares fraternal twins Max and Emme, 16, with ex-husband Marc Anthony.

Meanwhile, the Boston-born actor shares Violet, 18, Fin, 15, and Samuel, 12, with ex-wife Jennifer Garner.

Jennifer’s potential new home features six bedrooms, seven and a half bathrooms and measures over 10,000 square feet.

The Spanish-style villa was built in 1927 and has been completely renovated.

Other details of the residence include courtyards, wood and inlaid floors, hand-painted wood beam ceilings, and a chef’s kitchen with a breakfast nook, according to Zillow.

Other perks of the space include a 1,000-bottle temperature-controlled wine cellar, an 800-square-foot gym and a guest house.

Lopez reportedly felt the 12-bedroom home she shared with Ben was “way too big for her.”

The estranged couple viewed more than 80 properties together before landing on the $61 million mansion they purchased in 2023.

Recent accounts from people close to the situation have claimed that Ben and JLo’s marital problems have nothing to do with her status as a global superstar, as some have speculated.

“The idea that Ben thinks Jennifer is too famous and that he didn’t know what he was getting into by paying attention to their marriage is not true,” a source told People earlier this summer.

It was added that there were “deeper problems”.

Despite the alleged impending split, Jennifer has continued to post on social media, regularly interacting with her 251 million Instagram followers.
