Las Vegas police records confirm Biden’s medical emergency and transport aboard Air Force One

“For anyone listening to the radio right now, POTUS is 421.”

Audio recordings from the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department confirm that Joe Biden had some sort of medical emergency days before dropping out of the 2024 presidential race.

Audio recordings from LVMPD’s Biden protection team, obtained by the Heritage Oversight Project via FOIA, reveal that law enforcement engaged in an emergency response operation to clear a path for Biden to reach University Hospital on July 17.

Recordings spanning a few hours show LVMPD responding to a Code 3, or emergency response posture, and coordinating units to stop traffic and secure routes for Biden to get to the hospital.

At one point, the protection team mentioned that Biden was a code 421, which stands for sick or injured person, according to the LVMPD code sheet.

“For everybody on the radio, right now, the President of the United States is 421. He’s seen, so we’re just waiting to see how that plays out. So, just so everybody knows, he’s 421 right now; we’re just trying to figure out what’s going on and we’ll go from there.”

But instead of going to the hospital, plans suddenly changed and Biden was diverted to the airport and quickly flown back to Delaware aboard Air Force One.

According to the official White House story, Biden canceled an event in Las Vegas because he tested positive for COVID-19 and returned to Delaware to “isolate and recover.”

Biden officially withdrew from the race four days later and endorsed Kamala Harris as the Democratic nominee.
