Two powerful fans stand in front of the box office today as part of their sacred vows. Colleen Hoover’s film adaptation It ends with us, with Blake Lively, joined Deadpool and Wolverine (starring Lively’s husband Ryan Reynolds) hits theaters this weekend. While no one should make Barbenheimer out of these films—one is about domestic violence and the other is about comedic violence—it’s much more entertaining to see how the Lively-Reynolds family is taking over the box office. On Saturday morning, It ends with us is expected to gross between $45 million and $49 million in its opening weekend, with Deadpool 3 Maintaining its spot as the number one film with $55.8 million, the Hollywood couple dominated theaters this weekend, after all, they share each other’s earnings. And as for how the lone wolf of The borders made this weekend… he’s divorced and alone, eating cake in the corner of the room.
