Man dies after shooting in Worcester that left woman dead

According to police, the man, who is still unknown, died of his injuries.

A man involved in a Worcester to shoot died last week, police said Monday.

The shooting, which Worcester police called a “domestic incident,” happened Thursday. Police responded to Gingerbread Trail around 2:05 a.m. and found a woman suffering from a gunshot wound, the statement said.

A man at the scene was taken to hospital with gunshot wounds and was later pronounced dead.

“Because this is a domestic incident, we can only release limited information,” police said.
