CEIBS MBA Reception: Navigating Sustainable Career Success

On November 23, 2024, CEIBS invites prospective MBA students to the CEIBS MBA Student Reception Day. This event provides an in-depth look at the acclaimed CEIBS MBA program and the growth trajectory it can provide for future business leaders with insights from CEIBS and GMAC.

During the reception, current CEIBS MBA students will share personal experiences from their travels, covering the application process, academic highlights and lectures, internships, foreign exchanges, extracurricular activities and the connections they have forged with classmates.

For those considering an MBA, this event is a unique opportunity to hear firsthand from students who have gone through the transformative process and gained insight into both the challenges and rewards of the MBA journey.

In addition, Ms. Yulia Jiang from the Graduate Management Admission Council (GMAC) will present the latest findings from the 2024 GMAC Corporate Recruiters Survey Report. This report, conducted in collaboration with partners such as the European Foundation for Management Development (EFMD) and the MBA Career Services and Employer Alliance (MBA CSEA), is based on feedback from almost a thousand corporate recruiters and HR experts worldwide. The presentation will reveal key insights into the employment prospects for MBA and business master’s graduates, the skills most valued by employers and the impact of artificial intelligence on business education.

This 30-minute session will cover highlights of the report, including:

  • Current trends and challenges in the labor market

  • Skills and qualifications that employers strive for

  • Salary expectations and additional benefits

  • Recruitment trends across industries and regions
