The man, who received Mi Bluetooth speakers instead of Rs 30,000, claims that even after multiple complaints, Flipkart is yet to resolve the issue.

“A major fraud on Flipkart has been discovered,” wrote a user on X after his friend received cheap Mi Bluetooth speakers instead of the ones he had ordered. Abhishek Bhatnagar claims that even after multiple follow-ups and complaints, the e-commerce company has not resolved the issue.

“My friend (Nikhil) ordered a Sonos speaker worth ₹30,000, and he received a Mi Bluetooth speaker for INR 2,400 in a Sonos box,” Bhatnagar added.

He further expressed his frustration by saying, “It is disheartening that even when a customer has clear evidence that they have received the wrong or counterfeit product, they still do not bother to respond.” He also remarked that “Flipkart should be renamed Fraudkart.”

Bhatnagar even shared the unboxing video made by his friend.

The post was shared a day ago on X. It has since racked up over six hundred thousand views and the numbers continue to grow. Many people even took to the post’s comments section to share their thoughts.

Here’s how people reacted to the ‘Flipkart fraud’ detailed in the post:

“There is a new Flipkart scam every time I open Twitter,” said one person.

Another added: “E-commerce scams are at an all-time high right now.”

“Repeat offenders at @flipkartsupport. It’s been 20 days since I placed my first order and a week since I returned a different model of faulty water purifier. The replacement is nowhere to be found. Big fraudsters! God knows when I’ll be able to get my order delivered,” wrote a third.

A fourth said: “I don’t know why people continue to buy products from Flipkart. They are the worst and biggest fraudsters in the online shopping industry. They always deliver either fake products or something else and refuse to take them back.”

“I recently ordered products from Flipkart. All the products came in open boxes and they ask for an OTP once you are satisfied with what you have ordered. This has become a process for expensive products due to scams. I don’t know why this process was not followed in your friend’s case,” commented a fifth.
