Left-wing activists fight back against viral State Fair ‘Never Walz’ booth

Vice President Kamala Harris fans are fighting back after conservatives set up a “Never Walz” booth at the Minnesota State Fair.

The conservative group Action 4 Liberty MN is leading the campaign to criticize Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz (D) — now Harris’ running mate — for his record as governor.

Videos shared by the organization on social media show it offering “Never Walz” products and allowing participants to spin a wheel to win prizes.

The wheel also illustrates their issues with Walz’s record, such as “tax hikes,” “mask mandates” and “the Minneapolis fire,” a reference to Walz’s response to the Black Lives Matter protests and riots that rocked the city in 2020.

“We Minnesotans know Walz better than anyone. He claims to be a Midwesterner, but he is a touchy, power-drunk bully who has destroyed our state and repeatedly violated the freedoms of Minnesotans,” the group’s leader and former Minnesota Republican state Rep. Erik Mortensen told Fox News.

Videos shared on social media show long lines to visit the booth — and Mortensen confirmed its popularity to Fox News.

“The state fair officials and the state fair police officers had to ask us several times to move our lane off the road and closer to the curb,” he said.

The booth concept has garnered praise from curators online, with some commenting on TikTok that it was the “best booth out there” and that the “booth is on my bucket list!”

Action 4 Liberty also boasted on Facebook that because its booth went viral, it had received orders for merchandise from all over the United States.

But fans of Harris and Walz began to fight back with their own trolling.

An unknown individual purchased the domain for the band’s slogan “Never Walz” (the products and other information for Never Walz were all hosted on the main Action 4 Liberty website).

The domain now displays a short message: “Trump is a convicted felon. Let’s vote for adults. Try being happy instead of being an asshole.”

After a few moments, the site redirects visitors to the Harris-Walz campaign landing page.

And Harris fans are reveling in the unknown person’s change of scene.

In the popular pro-democracy Facebook group “Pantsuit Nation,” a post promoting the estate garnered nearly 1,500 comments.

“This is absolutely the best,” one person commented. “I’m dying to see it. Uno reverses for them.”

“Hilariously smart,” someone else praised.

“FABULOUS!! I’m also going to the Minnesota State Fair this week so I’ll definitely need some of their merchandise to throw down,” another person posted.
