Liam Payne allegedly bombarded ex Maya Henry’s family with explicit images and threatened revenge porn: docs

Liam Payne would have sent ex Maya Henry and her family “unsolicited and disturbing” lewd photos and videos of himself before his deathaccording to a legal notice obtained exclusively by Page Six.

In a cease-and-desist letter sent to Payne, his lawyer and agents on October 9 – just a week before the singer tragically died in Buenos Aires – Henry’s lawyers alleged that he had “repeatedly made unsolicited and had sent disturbing images and videos in the past to Maya Henry and Maya’s relatives.

The alleged images included – but were not limited to – “photographs of his genitals and several videos of Mr. Payne performing disturbing sexual acts on himself.”

The notice also accused Payne of “actively communicating” with third parties to distribute “intimate imagery” depicting his ex-girlfriend in an “intimate manner.”

According to the letter, on October 6, Henry received an Instagram direct message from a woman who claimed to know the former One Direction member well. She claimed that she and Payne first started communicating years ago.

Page Six viewed a copy of the DM, in which the unnamed person claimed, “The main reason I reached out is because he recently blew up my phone via an iCloud email, and when I asked who it was, he started asking me to ask if I wanted nude photos of you/his current girlfriend.

The current girlfriend is believed to be Kate Cassidy, who had been the troubled pop star on holiday in Argentina before he passed by. Page Six has reached out to Cassidy for comment.

The woman claimed to Henry that she had “absolutely not” replied to Payne regarding receiving photos of his exes, adding that she wanted to give Henry “a heads up for offering that.”

The woman also claimed, according to the message Page Six received, that Cassidy contacted her at some point asking why her number was blocked on her boyfriend’s phone.

“I stopped replying for a while and he messaged me through an iCloud account, a few different phone numbers and a Snapchat account,” the person further alleged in the DM to Henry.

Another message Payne allegedly sent to the woman read: “Send me f–king and sucking videos. Have I ever sent you a copy of Maya? ?? or one of my exes?”

Henry’s lawyers threatened to take “criminal action” or file civil lawsuits against the “Night Changes” crooner if he “defamed, threatened, harassed or intimidated” their client or her family.

They also noted that Henry would seek damages in an unspecified amount.

The lawyers concluded by informing Payne and his team that he had ten business days to respond to receipt of the letter, acknowledging that he would cease taking “any actions directly or indirectly related can deal with the distribution, communication or transmission of the letter’. of the alleged images.”

It’s unclear if the “Story of My Life” singer or his team ever responded. Payne died on October 16, before the deadline.

Before his death, Payne reportedly had been feeling “extremely overwhelmed” by all the legal issues he was confronted. Henry had recently started going public with allegations of abuse she allegedly experienced while dating the singer.

In September, the Texas native — who dated Payne from 2018 to 2022 — claimed the former One Direction singer was still obsessively contacting her long after their breakup.

“Since we broke up he’s been messaging me, blowing up my phone, not just from his phone number, it’s always from different phone numbers too so I never know where it’s going to come from,” she claimed via TikTok at the time. .

“He’s creating new iCloud accounts for iMessage; it’s always a damn new iCloud account. Every time I see one pop up on my phone I think, “Here we go again.”

Henry also claimed in a podcast interview, released on October 14, that Payne allegedly used his addiction problems Unpleasant try to manipulate her.

“He always messaged me since we broke up…. He used to play with death and say, ‘Well, I’m going to die.’ I’m not doing well,” she claimed on “The Internet Is Dead” podcast.

“There was one time I tried to get help for him, but he wouldn’t accept it. He texted my mom, ‘I’m not doing well, let Maya contact me,’ because I didn’t want to respond.”

Page Six reached out to Payne’s attorney and representatives for comment but did not immediately hear back. Henry’s attorney declined to comment.

Meanwhile, Payne’s death remains under investigation in Argentina.

Prosecutors recently ruled out the “What Makes You Beautiful” singer died by suicide. They noticed that he was probably unconscious when he tragically fell from a third-floor balcony at the CasaSur Palemo Hotel and therefore “didn’t know what he was doing, nor could he understand it.”

A toxicology report showed Payne had done so taken multiple medicationswhich contributed to his state of mind at the time of his death. Several eyewitnesses felt the same way saw him behaving “erratically”. in his last hours.

Three people have been charged so far in connection with the former boybander’s death.

Payne’s friend, whose identity was not immediately released, was charged with abandonment, while a hotel employee and an alleged drug dealer were charged with supplying narcotics.

Argentine authorities identified the employee as Braian Nahuel Paiz, a former waiter at one of the hotel’s restaurants. He has denied giving drugs to the “For You” singer.

“They say he wasn’t under the influence before he went to CasaSur, but the reality is he was already using drugs. In fact, he wasn’t eating,” Paiz claimed news broadcast Telefe Noticias.

Rogelio “Roger” Nores – who is believed to be the friend who was charged, just as he was with Payne the day he died – also denied abandoning his friendclaiming in a statement to Daily Mail that he was “joking with him” when he left.

Page Six reported earlier this month that Payne’s body had been found flown to Britain for his funeral.

The former “X Factor” contestant is survived by his 7-year-old son Bear he shared with ex-girlfriend Cheryl Cole.
