Give meaning to the season of giving with The Rainbow Connection

Give meaning to the season of giving with The Rainbow Connection

WXYZ-TV — Food, football, family and friends are Thanksgiving favorites, but finding ways to give thanks is sometimes not on the menu.

The rainbow connection offers you the opportunity to bring meaning to the season with an invitation to support Michigan children facing life-threatening illnesses.

Mark your calendars for the Celebration of Dreams on Sunday, November 24 at the Palazzo Grande in Shelby Township.

Your ticket to a holiday feeling offers dinner, entertainment, raffles and a silent auction. The highlight of the evening is seeing Wish Children light up with joy as they walk down the catwalk for their annual fashion show. As each child shows off their style and smile, the audience is given the privilege of learning their personal stories.

The magic continues long after the night is over. Every dollar of Celebration of dreams will be used to help the Rochester-based nonprofit achieve its mission of granting wishes to children who sometimes spend more time in treatment than on playgrounds.

If you are unable to attend the Celebration of Dreams, you can still participate in the raffle and silent auction or make a donation of any size at any time.
