National Television Awards 2024 LIVE: All the action from The O2 as nominees from Netflix, ITV and BBC battle it out on British TV’s big night

Britain’s best TV shows will go head-to-head at the National Television Awards tonight with ITV, Netflix and the BBC competing for top honours at London’s O2 Arena.

Hosted by comedian Joel Dommett, the evening will celebrate the most successful dramas, documentaries, soap operas and reality TV shows on the country’s screens.

ITV’s Mr Bates vs The Post Office is among the favourites to win the New Drama award, but faces competition from Netflix’s hit series Baby Reindeer. The ceremony will be broadcast live on ITV from 8pm.
