Bethenny Frankel Lists Longtime Hamptons Home for  Million

Bethenny Frankel is saying goodbye to her luxurious Hamptons home.

THE The Real Housewives of New York The alumna’s longtime Bridgehampton estate — which she acquired in 2013, according to Robb Report — is now for sale for just under $6 million, as listed on real estate firm Douglas Elliman’s website.

Listed by agents Noble Black and Erica Grossman for exactly $5.995 million, the five-bedroom, three-bathroom home spans 2,500 square feet with a 600-square-foot guest cottage and 40 acres of open fields to boot, according to the listing.

The main house spans two levels and the property features a heated gunite pool, spa, outdoor shower, sauna, pool house with half bathroom and a “built-in outdoor chef’s kitchen.”

On the first floor of the home is a chef’s kitchen with “high-end” finishes, appliances and more; a living room that “integrates indoor and outdoor living spaces”; a dining room overlooking a bluestone patio, the pool, gardens and more; an office with an additional full bathroom; and a den with a cozy fireplace, according to the listing.

The second floor of the main house features a master bedroom with private bath and a sunroom overlooking the fields and gardens. Additionally, the upstairs also features three additional bathrooms, a soaking tub and a laundry room.

Future residents will be able to enjoy the home’s backyard, complete with pool, spa and outdoor kitchen – with “meticulously landscaped gardens” and “complete privacy” for those who want to get involved.

As for the home’s guest cottage, potential buyers can expect a “fully restored” structure with its own kitchen, living room, washer and dryer, bedroom and bathroom, as well as an outdoor shower and HVAC system.

“Beautiful landscaping, a deck and a garage further enhance this exceptional property,” the listing reads. “This is a rare opportunity to acquire a meticulously maintained estate, ideally located near beaches, village shops, restaurants, the Jitney, the train station and local farms.”

According to Robb Report, Frankel initially spent $2 million on the Lumber Lane home in 2013, before paying an additional $650,000 for a neighboring property — the main house having been extensively renovated over more than a decade.

She currently resides primarily in Greenwich, Connecticut, with additional homes in Manhattan and South Florida, the outlet notes.

In 2015, the reality star and mogul gave PEOPLE a tour of her Hamptons estate. At the time, she described the living room as being used “more in the winter” because of its fireplace, featured pops of red and orange throughout the living room and kitchen, and raved about her master bedroom and its picturesque views.

“You could put an air mattress up here,” she said. “All that matters is the view. Who needs art when you have a beautiful reserve that you can never build on. And that’s what you can look at, This “That’s the whole room.”
