The Board of Directors of Vakrangee will meet on September 24, 2024 to consider raising funds by way of rights issue, warrants, preferential issue, including placement with qualified institutions or by any other permitted mode and/or combination thereof as may be considered appropriate, by way of issue of ordinary shares or any other eligible securities, subject to all regulatory/statutory approvals as may be required, including the approval of the shareholders of the Company.
