Jack Grealish sends message to Laura Woods after ‘special’ announcement

The happy couple announced they were expecting their first child in July and are now planning to tie the knot after a romantic beachside proposal in Cornwall.

Grealish, 29, took time out of his busy day of training under Pep Guardiola to congratulate both men on their big day.

The winger is likely still reeling from the news that a popular member of Manchester City staff has decided to leave the club after 15 years.

The England international found his groove during the international break, scoring the opening goal in his side’s 2-0 UEFA Nations League win over the Republic of Ireland.

He has also started in Manchester City’s last two Premier League games for the first time since April this year.

The champions are the only Premier League team to have a 100% record so far, winning their first four games and scoring 11 goals in the process.

On Tuesday, however, they will have to turn their attention to the Champions League as they prepare to face Inter Milan, their opponents in the 2022-23 final.
