Survivor 2024 cast includes 18 castaways for season 47

It’s time to head back to the beach with the new season of CBS’ hit reality show Survivor, returning for the 47th time. Host Jeff Probst welcomes 18 new castaways to the beautiful sandy beaches of Fiji as they once again embark on a journey to see who can outwit, outplay and outlast the others.

While the cast is a mix of contestants from different backgrounds, fans might recognize one of them. Jon Lovett, the co-host of the popular podcast “Pod Save America,” is one of this season’s castaways.

This season, contestants will face mental, physical and emotional challenges that they will have to overcome and outwit to win the $1 million prize. The new season of the competition show premieres Wednesday, September 18 at 8 p.m. and will air on CBS and stream on Paramount Plus.
