Man filmed woman and child in Forum box, police say

SELMA, Texas – Authorities are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who filmed people inside a fitting room at a Forum store, according to Selma police.

The incident occurred around 7 p.m. on September 5 at a retail store in the Forum.

Police said the man used a cellphone to record a woman and child in a locker room.
