A reward is being offered for the unsolved murder of a newborn baby in Pennsylvania in 1983.

MILTON—State police are offering a $2,000 reward in hopes of getting someone to come forward with information that could solve a cold case in 1983.

“I know there are people who know,” State Police Cpl. Kenneth Fishel said Friday of the death of a newborn girl whose body was found dumped in bags along a rural Northumberland County road.
