Delta Announces Direct MSP Flights to Rome in Summer 2025

MINNEAPOLIS (FOX 9)Delta Air Lines has released its summer 2025 transatlantic schedule, which includes several new destinations across Europe.

From Minneapolis to Rome

The schedule includes a direct connection between Minneapolis-St. Paul International Airport (MSP) and Rome, which Delta said would operate four times a week.

Tickets for MSP in Rome will be available from Saturday 21 September.

European flight destinations

Delta has announced several other new routes to European cities from U.S. travel hubs. These include:

  • From Detroit to Dublin

  • From Atlanta to Brussels

  • From Atlanta to Naples

  • From Boston to Milan

  • From New York to Catania

  • Boston to Barcelona

Delta also announced increased service on the following European routes:

  • From Atlanta to Barcelona

  • From Atlanta to Zurich

  • From Atlanta to Athens

  • From Atlanta to Rome

  • From Detroit to Munich

This latest announcement comes after Delta, in collaboration with the Metropolitan Airport Commission (MAC), announced last year a $242 million renovation of MSP’s Terminal 1.
