Several tips lead to the arrest of a man accused of stealing from a local car dealership

EVANSVILLE, Ind. (WFIE) – An Evansville man is in jail after police say he stole from a local car dealership.

The owners of Express Motors have released several photos showing a suspect taking a briefcase.

Evansville police say multiple people online have identified the suspect as 49-year-old Glenn Holmes.

We’re told the suitcase contained more than 100 car titles, car keys and a laptop.

Surveillance video shows Holmes walking through the dealership for several minutes before taking the suitcase.

The owners say they have since gotten it back, but the laptop was gone.

Holmes is accused of theft.
