Three Nintendo Switch deals to consider before the holiday rush

Amazon’s Prime Day sales are just around the corner, forcing other retailers like Best Buy to host their own fall sales ahead of the holidays. One of the hottest holiday items, the Nintendo Switch, already has some impressive deals and bundles, but they usually don’t last long.

Best Buy is offering two bundles that include 12 months of free Nintendo Online membership: the Mario Kart Nintendo Switch Bundle for $299.99 and the Mario Kart Nintendo Switch OLED pack for $349.99If you’re not interested in a bundle, the Nintendo Switch OLED is currently available $299.99 (originally $349.99) at Woot. Woot had the Nintendo Switch OLED on sale for $314.99 in early June, and it didn’t last very long before it sold out. This is the best Nintendo Switch OLED deal without a bundle you can find right now from a reputable retailer. If you know you want one before the holiday sales madness begins, this is a great deal.

Best Buy’s bundles are also very affordable. New is the 12-month Nintendo Online membership, which was not previously offered with this bundle.

If you’re not sure which console version to get, the main difference is that the OLED has a better 7-inch OLED screen, but if you plan on playing primarily on the TV while docked, that might not matter to you.
