Classes for new parents scheduled | News, Sports, Jobs

A free prenatal/postnatal class for new parents, “The foundations of the family” will be offered virtually this fall and next spring.

The course covers preparing for and adjusting to parenthood, managing expectations, parent communication, attachment and bonding, positive child rearing skills and much more.

The five prenatal sessions will take place on Mondays starting October 28 from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. Four postnatal sessions are planned for May 2025.
