MLB World Speaks Out After Zack Hample Catches Yankees’ Aaron Judge’s 56th Home Run

MLB World Speaks Out After Zack Hample Catches Yankees’ Aaron Judge’s 56th Home Run

New York Yankees superstar Aaron Judge hit his 56th home run of the season in a crucial game against the Baltimore Orioles on Tuesday. However, someone else in the crowd stole the show.

YouTuber Zack Hample, known for hitting home runs in Major League Baseball stadiums, managed to catch Judge’s home run. Hample, wearing a bright green T-shirt and his signature Rob Lowe-style cap with the MLB logo, was perfectly positioned in the last row of the first section of the left field bleachers at Yankee Stadium.

Hample is well-known among baseball fans, and people across the sport had a pretty strong reaction when he hit another home run.

Even Jon Heyman, an MLB insider with the New York Post joins the fray, hilariously hitting Hample with a brutal ricochet shot after posting about Orioles outfielder Anthony Santander’s home run later in the game.

Even though people are focusing on Hample, this game is still crucial for both teams. The Yankees could clinch the American League East title with a win over the Orioles on Tuesday. The Orioles could clinch a playoff spot on Tuesday with a win over the Yankees and either a Royals loss to the Nationals or a Twins loss to the Marlins.

Judge is finishing his MVP-caliber 2024 season on fire. His home run Tuesday, his 56th of the season, was the third straight game he hit a home run. Heading into Tuesday’s game, Judge led the league with 55 homers, 138 RBIs, 129 walks, .458 OBP, .695 SLG, 1.154 OPS and 221 OPS+.

Led by Judge, the Yankees look to be one of the best teams in baseball and a favorite to compete in the World Series. If Judge keeps hitting like this, they’ll be tough to beat.
