Anne Carlsen Appoints Andrew Schremp to Board of Directors – Jamestown Sun

JAMESTOWN — Anne Carlsen announces the appointment of Andrew Schremp to its board of directors. With a background in business, technology and healthcare, Schremp brings a “wealth of experience” that will support and guide the continued growth and strategic direction of the organization, Carlsen said.

A native of Denver, Colorado, Schremp attended the Blake School in Minneapolis before pursuing his graduate studies at Amherst College in Amherst, Massachusetts, where he earned a bachelor’s degree in economics. Currently a director in the Software Growth Equity team at Bow River Capital in Denver, Schremp serves on several boards and has a proven track record of driving success, innovation and leadership in the technology and healthcare industries, Carlsen said.

Prior to joining Bow River Capital, Schremp was the founder and CEO of Health Sqyre Inc., a leading digital health technology company that was acquired by strategic player The VGM Group. Anne Carlsen said his entrepreneurial spirit and deep knowledge of health technology make him an “invaluable addition” to the Anne Carlsen board as the organization continues to enhance its services for people with developmental disabilities.

“My connection to Anne Carlsen is deeply personal and heartfelt,” said Schremp. “My late mother, Patricia Bossert Schremp, grew up in North Dakota and earned her J.D. from UND, which allowed her to pursue a career in the U.S. government (Health and Human Services) advocating for patient rights and appropriate medical treatment and care. Given her unwavering commitment to patients across the country, she had a deep appreciation for Anne Carlsen and her mission. Her passion inspired me to continue her legacy of supporting such a remarkable organization. Additionally, my wife is a distinguished DPT in pediatric physical therapy and I know how critical supporting individuals with developmental delays is and how it impacts the individual, the family and the broader community. That said, I am excited to bring my experiences in business, technology and healthcare to help guide Anne Carlsen’s strategic direction.”

He said he was honored to join the organization and looked forward to being a part of its continued growth and success.

Schremp resides in Denver with his wife, Nicole, and their two sons, Liam and Boden.
