Seaford Police investigate reckless driving and terroristic threat incident

SEAFORD, Del. – Seaford police are working to identify a suspect involved in an incident last week.

We’re told the suspect in the photo was involved in a reckless driving, disorderly conduct and terroristic threatening incident in the Walmart parking lot on September 19.
