RTE Fair City viewers all say the same thing: Damien’s life under threat after prison fight

RTE Fair City’s Damien’s life was threatened after he fought in prison.

This evening, Damien befriended prison guard Dessie, who warned him to stay away from the erratic Ciaran.

Damien let his guard down with Dessie, who offered him advice on surviving inside.

Damien rebuffed Ciaran’s attempts at conversation, but inmates Cathal and Conan timed their interaction.

Damien saw Cathal smuggling contraband to Conan. When Dessie ordered an impromptu shakedown of all the cells and inmates, Cathal was convinced that Damien had reported them.

Ciaran covered for Cathal during the cell search. Ciaran vouched for Damien, but Cathal was intent on revenge.

Damien became stressed when Dessie informed him that he had a new cellmate.

Damien was stunned when his new cellmate revealed himself to be Jimmy Doyle.

Jimmy is played by David Mitchell who was on the show for 17 years before his character emigrated in 2009 and David followed in his footsteps to settle in America.

Tonight Jimmy revealed he was on the inside for dodging deals in his garage organized by Wayne Molloy.

Jimmy dodged a phone call on his contraband cell phone.

Mairead noticed tension between Damien and Conan in the visitors’ room but felt left out when Damien denied it.

Damien was relieved when Jimmy arranged a meeting with Cathal to work things out.

Damien apologized but when Cathal made a joke about Laura’s death, Damien clocked him.

Jimmy received a chilling death threat against Damien on his phone.

Elsewhere, a worried Mairead lashed out at Orla. Mairead admitted to Dolores that she wasn’t sleeping because of stress.

Renée sought information about Damien from Orla.

Mairead continued to shoot Orla and Dolores.

Orla intervened to prevent Renée from confronting an exhausted Mairead.

Orla tried to mend fences with Mairead, but was not left behind.

Mairead’s OCD rituals began to emerge again due to stress.

Dolores advised Orla to give Mairead space. Mairead told everyone how bad things were for Damien.

Orla found Mairead engaging in her OCD cleansing rituals, but Mairead denied it.
