USS Halloween Horror Nights 2024 presents Sweet Home from Netflix

It’s spooky season, so you know what that means: it’s time to head to the gates of hell at Universal Studios Singapore for this year’s film. Halloween Horror Nights. Battle your way out of four all-new nightmare-inducing haunted houses, including one inspired by the popular South Korean Netflix apocalyptic horror series, Sweet Home.

Asian-inspired horror takes center stage this year, with scenes ranging from the ancient Qing dynasty to a monster-infested version of present-day South Korea. A haunted house you can’t ignore is modeled after key locations featured in Sweet Home: visit Cha Hyun-su’s apartment and the basement of the Green Home apartment complex and watch the series’ terrifyingly grotesque monsters come to life before your eyes. Then head to “Singapore’s Most Haunted Murders” and enter one of Singapore’s most haunted houses, filled with the restless spirits of countless victims and the evil souls who killed them.

An immersive, three-dimensional horror experience awaits you in “Cursed Scrolls: Dynasty of Darkness.” You will have to survive against the fearsome entities of the ancient scrolls summoned by The Scrollmaster, a possessed scholar from the Qing dynasty.

Jackson Wang fans will also be happy to know that he also contributed to this year’s Frightfest. From his label, Team Wang Design, comes “Under the Castle,” based on his new comic series of the same name. Expect an immersive, richly detailed experience that will have you navigating a cursed castle filled with dark secrets and trapped villagers. Even if you manage to escape, you’ll still have to survive three terrifying scare zones: Vampire Alley, full of preying undead, The Lost Kampung and its vengeful spirits, and Nether-Land, a hypnotic voodoo-cursed rave. area.
