Three men have been charged with kidnapping a boy in Greece, who was later found naked and handcuffed in the backseat of a car.

The incident happened on Saturday at the Glenora Garden Apartments in Greece. Officers were called to the apartment complex shortly before 3:45 p.m. Saturday and found five juvenile boys and three adult men. Police say at least one boy entered the building and was allegedly confronted by Jayquon Martin, 25, a resident of the apartment complex.

Martin is accused of brandishing a gun, threatening the boy and detaining him in the apartment for about 45 minutes, Greek police said in a news release. He is also accused of forcing the boy to undress, confiscating his phone and cutting his hair, police said.

Martin allegedly contacted his brother Mikquon Williams, 22, and his father Lennis Williams, 53, who arrived at the apartment together, police said. The brothers and their father are accused of handcuffing the boy.

Mikquon and Lennis Williams were found sitting with the naked boy in the backseat of a vehicle when police arrived at the scene Saturday, according to police. The boy was not physically injured.

All three men were charged with second-degree kidnapping, a felony. Martin was also charged with first-degree criminal use of a firearm, first-degree robbery, third-degree criminal possession of a weapon and third-degree criminal mischief, all felonies, according to the Greek font.

All three men were arraigned in Greece Municipal Court and remanded into Monroe County Jail, where they were each held on $2,500 cash bail, $5 insurance bond $7,500 or partially secured bond of $7,500.

Further details of the incident have not been released.

The Glenora Garden Apartments are located just east of Mt. Read Boulevard and several blocks north of West Ridge Road.
