‘Jersey Shore’ Star Angelina Pivarnick Pleads Guilty After Domestic Violence Incident

“Jersey Shore” star Angelina Pivarnick has pleaded guilty to a disorderly conduct charge related to a June domestic violence incident in the New Jersey home she shares with fiancé Vinny Tortorella.

The reality TV star, 38, pleaded guilty Tuesday during his appearance in Freehold Township Municipal Court, according to the Asbury Park Press.

The outlet reported that the judge issued a conditional revocation, meaning the guilty plea will be erased from Pivarnick’s record if she fulfills certain probation conditions within the next year.

The prosecutor also reportedly filed a motion to dismiss four other charges against her: obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief.

Pivarnick’s attorney, James Leonard Jr., did not immediately respond to Page Six’s request for comment.

However, he told the Daily Mail on Tuesday that his client “admitted that on the night in question she created a minor disturbance in her own home.”

Pivarnick had also been charged with obstructing the administration of law, resisting arrest, simple assault and criminal mischief.

“This conduct as described does not constitute a criminal offense in the State of New Jersey,” he added.

“We are very pleased with this outcome and she is grateful that the matter is now behind her.”

Police were called to Pivarnick’s home on June 2 for a domestic dispute. Tortorella was at the residence when law enforcement arrived, but it is unclear if he was a victim.

According to the Ashbury Park Press, the police complaint claimed the victim – whose name was redacted – suffered “bodily injury” due to Pivarnick “hitting him with his hands/fists, causing scratches, redness and a complaint of pain in the victim’s hands.

The complaint also alleged that Pivarnick attacked a “vehicle with his hands, causing less than $500 in damage,” according to the outlet.

The TV personality was accused of resisting arrest because she allegedly refused to comply with police officers’ instructions after her arrest.

After his arrest in June, his lawyer told Page Six that the “very minor incident” was “exacerbated by an adverse reaction to prescribed over-the-counter medications.”

In September, Pivarnick told us she had no plans to watch new episodes of “Jersey Shore” for fear her legal troubles would be televised.

Season 7 of “Jersey Shore: Family Vacation” premiered on MTV on September 19 and has yet to reference drama.

The June domestic incident is not the first for Pivarnick and Tortorella. She called the police on him in August 2023 after an alleged altercation.

However, she refused to file a complaint when the police arrived.

The couple got engaged in April 2023 while she was celebrating her divorce from ex-husband, Chris Larangeira.
