FOREVER HOME: Meet Tyler, 15

GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. — Inside Comstock Park’s Vitales lies an aspiring chef, learning the crucial steps to making the perfect crust. But Tyler’s choice of toppings and generous mountain of mozzarella earned him praise from the line cook.

He loves being in the kitchen and has mastered Mac n’ Cheese over his 15 years.

“You boil the water, then you put the noodles in for seven to nine minutes, then you put the cheese in, then you put the butter in, then you put the milk in, and there you go, you’re done.” said 15-year-old Tyler.

Like a true chef, this teenager is passionate and ready to bring his cooking skills to his forever home.

He’s ready to cook for a small army, saying he’d like to have up to 20 brothers and sisters, dishing out not only pizza, but lots of love for his future family.
