Limerick star hurler Kyle Hayes must wait until at least December to find out if he will go to prison

Last December, Hayes was given a two-year prison sentence for violent disorder, suspended on the condition that he does not reoffend within two years. Last month the 26-year-old was convicted of dangerous driving and is appealing.

Limerick star hurler Kyle Hayes will have to wait until at least December to find out whether he will be jailed after being found guilty of violent disorder at a Limerick nightclub.

Last December, Hayes (26) was given a two-year suspended prison sentence after being found guilty of two counts of violent disorder at Icon nightclub in Limerick on October 28, 2019.
