The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team announces drug bust in Volinia Township

CASS COUNTY, Mich. (WNDU) – The Cass County Drug Enforcement Team executed a search warrant on Nov. 13 in Volinia Township, in the 16000 block of Church Street.

During the search, detectives arrested six individuals at the residence and recovered methamphetamine, methamphetamine paraphernalia and stolen property.

The arrests include:

  • A 28-year-old for outstanding warrants.
  • A 54-year-old man for resisting and obstructing, possession of methamphetamine and outstanding warrants.
  • A 27-year-old man for resisting, obstructing and possession of methamphetamine.
  • A 30-year-old man for possession of methamphetamine, possession of stolen property and outstanding warrants.

The names of the suspects are currently being withheld due to the pending arraignment of the charges in the Fourth District Court.
