COLUMBIA, Mo. (KMIZ)

A Columbia teen accused the shooting death of a Moberly man will be charged with murder on Sunday.

Randolph County Sheriff Aaron Wilson told ABC 17 News that a 16-year-old Columbia boy will be charged with murder and robbery in the death of Ethan March. A 15-year-old Moberly girl will be charged with hindering the prosecution of a crime. The names of the teens have not been released.

The sheriff’s office wrote in a news release Monday that March was found dead Sunday with a gunshot wound near a home on County Road 2605. He was 22. In that news release, the boy was referred to as a “suspect” and the girl as an ‘acquaintance’.
