The Night Manager season 2 star shares a new movie photo with Tom Hiddleston

Morrone shared the photo about her Instagram and wrote: “Pine and Roxana have worked hard to bring you The Night Manager season 2.”

Although the image doesn’t reveal much, we now know the name of MorroneRoxana’s character is, as revealed in her post – it has previously been confirmed that the Daisy Jones & The Six The star’s role will play an important role in the upcoming episode.

And of course, Hiddleston reprises his leading role as Jonathan Pine.

They will join returning characters such as Olivia ColmanStarring Angela Burr, Alistair Petrie’s Sandy Langbourne, Douglas Hodge’s Rex Mayhew, Michael Nardone’s Frisky and Noah Jupe’s Daniel Roper.

There are a number of them new faces also joins the series, with Diego Calva (Babylon), Indira Varma (Doctor Who), Paul Chahidi (Bad lowercase letters) and Hayley Squires (Inside No. 9) are all on board for season 2 of The Night Manager.

Announcing the returning cast, Lindsay Salt, Director of BBC Drama, said in a statement: “Olivia Colman’s award-winning performance as Angela Burr in the first series of The Night Manager was unforgettable and we are over the moon to have her back alongside Tom Hiddleston .

“We have such a strong cast and with Alistair Petrie, Douglas Hodge, Michael Nardone and Noah Jupe also returning and filming commencing in London, the second series of The Night Manager promises to deliver even more drama, glamour, intrigue and excitement .”

While we’re starting to get some tidbits about the cast, not much else is known about the content of the new season itself. However, we do know that the time between seasons will be reflected in the story and will continue eight years after the original series.

Speaking earlier Term about that time jump, Hiddleston said: “What I’m really excited about is that eight or nine years have passed since the first season.”

He added, “These characters have lived in the world for the last eight or nine years, and I think our show will hopefully reflect that… and we can create the same kind of chemistry we did on the first one.”
