•Derrick Lamont Sloan, 48, was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with contributing to the neglect of a minor.

•Donna Rita Lemire, 50, was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with theft.

• Cassandra Denise Bennett, 48, was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with habitual criminal.

•Steven Dean Christensen, 55, was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with misdemeanor sex offender: failure to report change of address.

• Ronald Owen Powers Jr., 39, was arrested Nov. 12 and charged with two counts of trafficking in drugs, two counts of trafficking in heroin or opium, two counts of maintaining a dwelling or vehicle for a controlled drug, two counts of possession of drug paraphernalia, two counts of possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with intent to manufacture, two counts of possession of a weapon by a convicted felon, two counts of trafficking in cocaine, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with intent to manufacture manufacture, sell or distribute.

• Eardly Pant, 43, was arrested on Nov. 12 and charged with trafficking in drugs, trafficking in heroin or opium, possession of a schedule II controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or distribute, possession of a schedule VI controlled substance with the intent to manufacture, sell or distribute, and possession of drug paraphernalia.
