No injuries reported after mobile home fire in Maury County

WILLIAMSPORT, Tenn. (WSMV) – According to the Maury County Fire Department, no injuries were reported after a mobile home caught fire early Thursday morning.

MCFD crews responded to a building fire on Akin Ridge Road in the Williamsport area around 2:20 a.m.

When crews arrived on scene, they found a mobile home with approximately “75% involvement.”

MCFD said they were able to contain the fire with two hand lines.

No injuries were reported and a request has been made to the Red Cross to assist the displaced resident.
