Kanye West accused of subjecting an ex-employee to anti-Semitism and sex acts

A former Yeezy employee has filed a lawsuit against Kanye Westalleging discrimination and a hostile work environment.

This is evident from court documents obtained by We weekly, Murphy lover joined Yeezy in October 2022 as a project manager and worked within the company for several months before reportedly facing an “unlawful termination.”

During his employment, Aficionado alleged that West, 47, “often made disparaging comments about Jewish people,” including “the Jews got (ex-wife) Kim (Kardashian) and my children.”

When Aficionado claimed he was asking for clarification, West reportedly added: “The Jews convinced Kim. She has Jewish masters.”

Kardashian, 44, filed for divorce from West in February 2021 after almost seven years of marriage. Although the couple shares North, 11, Saint, 8, Chicago, 6, and Psalm, 5, The Kardashians star apparently attached a recent podcast that after their divorce she “raised four children on her own.”

In the lawsuit, Aficionado also recalled a time when West wore a T-shirt with a swastika. The rapper allegedly asked his employee: “Don’t you like my shirt?” Aficionado said he was “intimidated because of his job,” so he reportedly replied, “It’s definitely unique” so as not to upset his boss.

Elsewhere in the lawsuit, Aficionado recalled work meetings that made him feel uncomfortable. In November 2022, West allegedly called Aficionado to his hotel room at the Beverly Hills Waldorf Astoria.

When Aficionado entered the hotel room, he was “surprised to realize that Ye’s pants were unbuttoned and found his then-girlfriend, Bianca Censoristanding topless – her hands barely covering her bare breasts.”

“It was immediately apparent to Aficionado that Censori and Ye had sex very recently,” according to court documents.

When Aficionado said he would wait in the lobby, West allegedly “ordered” him to come in and be seated.

“Fearing that any resistance could trigger Ye’s explosive anger and aggression, Aficionado put together a compilation,” according to court documents.

After Censori, 29, retreated to an adjacent bedroom, West allegedly left Aficionado “in the middle of their conversation” without warning and “stormed” into the room where his girlfriend was located, “locking the door but only left a little bit open.’

“Within seconds, Aficionado began hearing loud moaning and clapping coming from the room where Ye and Censori were having sex,” the documents said.

We weekly has reached out to West’s team for comment on the lawsuit.

West and Censori later tied the knot in December 2022. Despite rumors that the couple is headed for divorce, an insider recently shared We weekly that the couple is simply ‘working through’ a difficult time.

“Their relationship is definitely rocky,” the source said. “Bianca knew what she was getting into when she married Kanye, but as the months passed, the lifestyle took a toll on her.”

Despite working with West for several months, Aficionado says he has not received any payment for his work. He has filed twelve complaints against the Grammy winner, including discrimination, harassment and retaliation. He also demands a jury trial.
