Man seriously injured in fall from four floors at East Farmingdale hotel

Suffolk County police are investigating the circumstances surrounding a man who was seriously injured after falling four stories from an East Farmingdale hotel Friday evening.

Around 10 p.m., the 30-year-old North Amityville man fell from a four-story window at the TownePlace Suites Republic Airport Long Island/Farmingdale, located at Marriott Plaza 1 in East Farmingdale.

The man was taken to Stony Brook University Hospital in serious condition, police said.
