Georgetown County man accused of opening fire after dispute, deputies say

GEORGETOWN COUNTY, SC (WMBF) – Officials said a man allegedly opened fire after a dispute in Georgetown County on Saturday.

The Georgetown County Sheriff’s Office said 35-year-old Rodriguez Gamble was arrested and charged with aggravated breach of peace, malicious damage to personal property and discharging a firearm into a dwelling.

According to the sheriff’s office, Gamble’s arrest came after bullets struck a home and a vehicle following a dispute on Kisha Drive, located in the Dunbar community.

As of Saturday evening, Gamble is being held at the Georgetown County Detention Center pending a hearing.
