Judge orders FBI and government officials to remain silent in Diddy criminal case

Sean “Diddy” Combs scored a small victory in court after a judge struck down federal agents suspected of leaking information into his case of sex trafficking.

Diddy’s lawyers had requested a gag order from the FBI after The Post detailed the embattled musician’s depraved alleged “Freak Offs” and quoted a federal law enforcement source involved in the investigation calling the orgies “sick.”

In response, Manhattan federal Judge Arun Subramanian issued an order late Friday warning federal prosecutors and other law enforcement officials working on the case to follow existing laws that prohibit them from disclosing grand jury information or other non- to release public information that could affect a fair trial.

“These comments, if made by an officer involved in the investigation or prosecution of this case, are grossly inappropriate,” Subramanian wrote.

“To be clear, this order is not based on a finding that there has been any misconduct to date, as the court has not made any findings at this time regarding (Diddy’s) allegations that information relating to the case has been leaked ,” Subramanian added.

“The purpose of this order is to ensure that nothing happens from now on to prevent a fair trial.”

“The Court will take appropriate action in case of any violation of the rules,” he added.

Earlier this month, Diddy’s lawyers requested a hearing in the case due to allegations that the Agents from the Department of Homeland Security Devastating images from 2016 showing Diddy were leaked beating his ex-girlfriend Cassie Ventura in a hotel hallway.

The hearing, which is still ongoing, aimed to prevent the FBI from improperly sharing additional information from the criminal case with the press.

Combs is charged with racketeering and sex trafficking over allegations that he ran his record label Bad Boys Records as a “criminal enterprise” for more than a decade.

The rapper, who is currently in federal detention in Brooklyn, has pleaded not guilty to all charges.

Diddy’s legal team and an SDNY spokesperson declined to comment.
